I only ask because based on the description provided, the closest match I could find was a white oval shaped pill marked with "GF P120" and a score line. My husband mixed some of his pills and i am not sure which is 0.5 ativan and which one may be atenenol, although one is slightly larger that the other ## Is it possible that you're looking at it upside down and the marking is M 321?
