I found two different looking pills in the same bottle. The pill I'm not sure of is white with 227 on side and nothing on the other. What have I got here? ## Hello, Sandy! How are you? A white, round tablet with the numbers 227 on it is listed as containing 500mgs of Metformin, which is an oral antidiabetic medication that's used to help lower and control blood sugar. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, flatulence, stomach pain and hypoglycemia. Learn more Metformin details here. Is there anything else I can help with? ## This pill you are looking for is called Talwin. It is a very stong opiate. I take it in Canada for my migraines. I also think you can get it in the USA. It is dated but for me great because I am allergic to codeine. I hope this helps, though I doubt it ...

The pill is white, round and has a capital R on one side, and the number 5 on the other side. It is not a small pill. The capital R almost looks like a capital P with a line coming off it to look like an R. I don't know if that's some kind of imprint. ## Hi Selina, The closest match I could locate is identified as Levocetirizine dihydrochloride (5 mg); which is used in the treatment of allergies. This pill has the same imprint of "R" on one side (of a score line) and "5" on the other; but is Elliptical / Oval shaped, as opposed to round. I know some people tend to regard something that's oval as round, so I thought best to double check on this one. For verification, the manufacturer of this pill is Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Limited. please trying to verify if it is a 10 mg lortab or hydrocodone ## Hi carey, By an "x" do you mean to say that the pill is cross-scored (horizontally and vertically)? I'm not seeing any exact matches that fit your description, but came close finding a round white pill with "224" on one side and scored "once" on the other - which is reported to be 30mg Oxycodone HCL tablet, manufactured by Sun Pharma. This manufacturer also makes a 5mg Oxycodone HCL tablet with "223" on one side and scored on the other. However these are the only two pills I've seen that come even remotely close. Other potential matches online appear to have a different 3-digit set of numbers on one side, but do have the "cross-score" on the other. So if anything, I'm ho...

What the hell kind of pill is this found a bunch in the floor at an old house I bought please any one what is it not pill finder site knows its white oblong and reads F and splits and 22 and cursive LL on back ## Hello, Reeves! How are you? This is actually a very old tablet. The LL imprint was used by Lederle Pharmaceuticals, but they were purchased about 7 or 8 years ago and the imprints discontinued, so there is no longer a record of what this contained. However, I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize this tablet? ## I found the same pills in the floor of an old house I'm restoring. Does anyone know what they are

I have a massive toothache and was looking through my old prescriptions for something for pain. I found a bottle that the label is faded from being kept on the windowsill and was wondering what the pills were. They are small, white with a fancy V on one side and blank on the other. Any ideas? It's early Saturday morning and I can't get to the dentist until Tuesday and Tylenol isn’t cutting it anymore. ## I'm sorry, but there aren't any prescription pain medications that just have a V on them, they all have additional numbers or letters. If this only has a V then it is only logical to conclude that it's something that's available over the counter and I'm sorry to say that leaves the possible options very wide open as to what it may be. Does anybody know what these are. A friend of mine has them and somebody told her they were lithium. It's a round white pill, about the size of an aspirin marked with 224 on one side and either a 6 or a G underlined on the opposite side. ## Hi Dave, The round white pill in description is identified as Lithium carbonate (450 mg). NOTE: the marking on the back (above the score line) is a "G" A number of chemical salts of lithium are used medically as a mood stabilizing drug, primarily in the treatment of bipolar disorder, where they have a role in the treatment of depression and particularly of mania, both acutely and in the long term. Learn More: Lithium Details I hope this helps! ## That's not what it is. It's a bats blocker and a blood pressure pill

small white scored table with M on one side and 221 on the other side ## The closest I could find to this actually has 3M 221 on the round white tablet with a score mark. 3M Pharmaceuticals lists it as being a 100mgs Norflex tablet, which contains the active ingredient Orphenadrine, which is a muscle relaxant. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and drowsiness. Can you please double check the imprint and post back? Thank you!

Hi I found a pill with KU printed in black on one side and the number 220 on the other in my daughters car. and is there any recreational value to this pill??? ## Based on your description, the closest match I could find was a white round pill imprinted with "KU 210". KU 210 has been identified as Montelukast sodium 10 mg (base). Is it possible that you may have misread the imprint? I did find that the manufacturer is listed as Kremers Urban Pharmaceuticals. So even if this ID does not match up with yours, we can at least confirm who the manufacturer is. Taking a look at their product page, I'm seeing pretty much every number but KU "220". In any event, you can always contact them via the link below to verify that this pill isn't fake or whether or not it has bee...

I just moved from Massachusetts to Maryland to care for my 77 yr old mom and 80 yr old dad. I found the above described pill in the bottom of my mom's medication lock box and I'm not certain what medication it is. I do know that the pharmacy they use often purchases whatever manufacturer has the lowest price which I don't mind. But, I would really appreciate it if the pharmacy owner would have a written description of each medication printed on the label OR have a true to size photo of both sides of a pill on the label. ## Hello, Lisa!
