I found this pill marked M 723 and want to know what it is? I'm confused as to what it’s used for? I found several pills with P on the top half, then a horizontal line, then the number 25. Do you know what they are? ## No, I'm sorry, I've tried searching for this several times and I can't find a listing for it in any of our U.S. prescription drug resources. Where was it found? It may be something that is available over the counter, which would explain why I can't find a listing for it. There is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication.

I haven't been able to verify my findings, but from what I could gather, a round white pill with those markings is supposed to be an over-the-counter expectorant and bronchodialator by the name of Vasopro. It contains the active ingredients Ephederine (25mg) + Guaifenesin (200mg). Please post back if you think this could be a match!

It's actually meant to be the Cobalt Laboratories logo and CR 250, because it contains 250mgs of Ciprofloxacin, which is an antibiotic. Sorry the response took so long.
