I found some pills in childs room that are round white pills with WPI 339 or it could be 839 on them. Could you tell me what these are? ## WEll, there are pills on the market with both markings. Since you aren't certain which marking is correct, I'll provide identifications for both. WPI 339 contains 75mgs of Diclofenac, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that is used to treat pain, fever and swelling. Side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, headache and stomach irritation. Learn more: WPI 839 contains 50mgs of Bupropion, which is an antidepressant that is also used for smoking cessation. Side effects may include: nausea, dry mouth, dizziness and weight gain. Can u take these pills for inflammation of a hemmrroids.. ## Based on the description provided, I found your pill to be Diclofenac sodium delayed release (75 mg). Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, taken to reduce inflammation and as an analgesic reducing pain in conditions such as arthritis or acute injury. The indications do not mention any specific details with regards to hemorrhoid treatment. However I did come across one article ranking Diclofenac's efficacy up there among other hemorrhoid treatment options. So I would consider it a viable option, but in my opinion it probably wouldn't be a first choice when compared to other alternatives. You can learn more about this drug on the page for Diclofenac Details I hope this info helps! ...
