Please help me identify a white round pill with the just the number "12" on the front and nothing on the back. The "12" is on one side of a pill break indented line. Has triangle on it with a p inside underneath has 012 ## From I have been able to find, this tablet is manufactured by Advance Pharmaceuticals, and they list it as containing 325mgs of Acetaminophen, which is a generic for Tylenol, it is available over the counter. Found this cleaning my house I just rented and don't know what this is it is small white pill split down the middle on one side and the other side says 10 ## So far, I've found two different possibilities in the NIH database. If the numbers are more square, it could be a medication manufactured by Virtus Pharmaceuticals, which they list as containing 0.125mgs of Hyoscyamine, which is used to treat conditions such as IBS, Chron's disease, and other gastro-intestinal issues. On the back side it is blank. Is there any chance that the marking could've been misinterpreted depending on the pill's condition and which way it was being held? If this did turn out to be a match then it would be identified as a 500mg acetaminophen tablet, made by Qualitest. My husband mixed some of his pills and i am not sure which is 0.5 ativan and which one may be atenenol, although one is slightly larger that the other ## Is it possible that you're looking at it upside down and the marking is M 321? I found a small white round pill that is marked with just a 5 on one side and blank, but deeply scored on the other side. ## Hi Bruce, Generic Percocet made by Mallinckrodt, containing 5mgs of oxycodone + 325mgs of acetaminophen is really the only thing that comes remotely close to your description upon doing a google search. This particular tablet is marked with "512" on one side and is scored on the other. For added verification, it is also reported to be approximately 12.00 mm in diameter. Maybe that could help determine if there are other similarities as well. Any chance there could've been more numbers that were potentially faded/smudged off your pill?
