Is this Metoprolol Succinate? ## A white round pill marked with “m” over “100” on one side and scored on the other, is in fact identified as Metoprolol Succinate ER. NDC: 00186-7302 (Discontinued) Manufacturer: Par Pharmaceuticals ## I am on the prescription Metoprolol ER 200 mg. I just refilled my script and noticed the pill to be a different size. I called the pharmacy and it was verified that I have the correct pills. The last bottle of this medicine was a rather large, football shape pill. I do not have any more of those, but am wondering if I was given the wrong pills last time. Does this medicine come in other shapes?

I have a handful of small white round pills with J on one side and 18 on the other. I cannot find this exact configuration on any website. The closest I can find is J 10 or J 5, which are Donepezil. On the back side it is blank. Is there any chance that the marking could've been misinterpreted depending on the pill's condition and which way it was being held? If this did turn out to be a match then it would be identified as a 500mg acetaminophen tablet, made by Qualitest.
