White Round Pill With Check

A round white pill 28th NT on One side and a check Mark on the other side ## Hi Chuck, Does the check mark happen to look anything like a cursive or italicized "V"? I know that Qualitest (formerly Vintage Pharmaceuticals) produces products that carry this type of logo, which is what had me curious about your pill... Also, where did you get it from if you don't mind my asking? A pill's origin (whether it be from the internet, an old pharmacy script, found on the sidewalk, etc) may say a lot about its integrity and how much you can probably trust it to be anything of significance. This leads me to my next thought which if possible would be to have it analyzed by a lab as a last resort, if you felt like someone's safety might've been in jeopardy due to this unknown ...

White round pill with r/359 on one side ## Hi Tiff, Is the "R" on your pill capitalized or cursive-like by chance? Also, the forward slash in your description "/", is it part of the actual imprint? It wasn't used in the thread title so that makes me wonder. Actavis manufacturers various white round pills that carry similar descriptions, such as a cursive "R" on one side and "269" over a score line on the other; as well as another tablet with just "A349" on one side. So if you could please double check the imprint on your pill and post back with any additional information that would be very helpful.

This white pill is very small. On one side has the number 359 and 54. the number 54 is on top of the 359. On the other side is a line through 1/2 the pill ## Hi Boo, Roxane Labs appears to carry the closest match to your description. However their tablet is a white round pill with 54 on top of 543 on one side side; and scored on the back. This particular pill reportedly contains 5/325 mg of oxycodone + acetaminophen; used for moderate to severe pain. You can click the on the following National Drug Code link for a pill image to cross reference with your own: 00054-4650 After checking that out would you say they might be made by the same manufacturer?

54 but they are broke in half. Its not smooth on the other side there is a line right threw the middle of the opposite side. What is this, please help ## Hi Dan, From your description the closest match I'm seeing online is a white round pill marked with 54 111 on one side and scored on the other. It contains 250mgs of Mefloquine; which is used to prevent and treat malaria. Had there been no score line I would've thought this to be a generic Subutex tablet, since it shares the same imprint 54 411. But if you could double check the "4" to make sure it's not a "1" that would confirm whether or not Mefloquine is a prime suspect. One thing is for sure though, and that is that the manufacturer of both of these pills starting with 54 and followed by three digits is ...

Identify a pill found in our home - help please. We have a teenage son and recently found a white, circular pill on the floor which has the "F" marking on it (including the brackets). We have tried the usual ID sites but cannot find it anywhere. Obviously we are concerned as to what it is. ## Sorry, the post above was missing the critical info, the marking type. The marking is an F enclosed in greater than/less than brackets, <F>. Thanks ## This one has been a challenge to find so far. Unfortunately I can't provide a definite ID at this point, but some research revealed that it is most likely from the UK. Is that where you are located? Any other clues which you can post? Please let us all know if you have any other information. ## I checked several databases and cann...

I found these pills: small, white, round with letter B / G on one side & nothing on the other. Do you know what they are? ## Hello, Keith! Where did you find them? I haven't been able to find a listing for this in any of the prescription drug databases that I've checked, so far. The leads me to suspect that they could be an over the counter item. Some of those are regional, so knowing the general location may help to narrow it down. Does anyone else recognize these tablets?

its very small round pill thats white and it has R on one side and I on the other side ## Hello, Dillon! How are you? I'm sorry, but I haven't been able to find a listing for this in any of the databases that I've checked, so far. The relative obscureness of this imprint leads me to suspect that it's most likely something that's available over the counter. Where was it found? some over the counter products are regional, so knowing the general location may help to narrow it down. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. What type of pill is this. It is round, white and has a 5 above the line and a 73 below the line. ## After trying several variations of "5 73" I haven't been able to locate a match in any of the U.S. prescription drug databases. Odds are that it could be either manufactured outside of the U.S. or that it is an over the counter medication, as OTC meds aren't required to be listed in the drug databases. If you're able to, I would consider taking the pill over to your local pharmacy and having it analyzed by their team to see if they can come up with anything. Also double check the marking if you think there's more to it than what you stated. Hopefully someone else on here has some information on it. ## I just got a refill from Walmart for generic Cozaar, Losartan, ...
