I found these while cleaning out med cabinet. They were in an Tylenol 3 bottle, but these surely aren't? Small, round, white; SP on one side, 141 on the other. Help? ## I'm sorry, but so far, I've been unable to find anything that matches this description. However, I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Can you break the methadone 10mg into half?? ## Dear Samantha, yes, u can break them in half. It might b easier 2 get a pill cutter. They work great. U can get them at cvs or pretty much any pharmacy. They r sold over the counter. ## Yes as far as I know, personally have broken in half over ten years. Have chronic pain and when I was not in as much pain I often only took half (5 mg.). Contact your pharmacist first, if you call your Dr. they might decrease dose, feeling you don't need as much, I am assuming you take for pain relief. If so may days you will need dose prescribed. Wish that was my problem, after ten yrs. a new doctor said I abused, took other non-prescribed drugs and street pills. I have a small, white, round pill with m 145 imprinted on it. 'm' and '145' are each on their own line, but on same side. Any identification for it would be great. ## That last digit is actually meant to be a 6 but it is hard to see, this is Spironolactone 25mgs, a diuretic.

I found a small round white tablet marked C 14 in my house and would like to find out what this pill is used for.
