White Round Pill With 45 On One Side

I found a white round pill with p10 on one side and 45 on the other. Any ideas what it is? I found it while cleaning out my medicine cabinet.

I have a round white pill with the imprint of I 45 (the I has a line across the top and bottom). The manufacturer is Solco Healthcare. What is this pill? ## It is 500 mgs. of Metformin. I was just given this pill today, as before I was taking 500 mgs. but the company was Apotex. round white pill with large 45 on one side and blank on other ## I can't find any prescription drugs with just a 45 on them, most have a little more to their imprint than just two numbers. My guess it it could be something over the counter or a foreign med, which are almost impossible to identify since they are not regulated like US prescription drugs.

This pill is scored on one side and has 224 on the other. with very similar #4 as typed here. It is white, round and about the size of a pencil's eraser. ## I haven't found a definitive ID on this pill, but from what other's have mentioned, an "off-white" round pill marked 224 is 450mgs of Lithium Carbonate Extended Release. NOTE: the number "4" is as you described it to be, but it also has what looks like a letter "G" on the other side of the pill, sitting above the score line.
