White Round Pill With 3m On One Side And Scored The Other

Long round white pill with BL 10 on one side and scored on other. They arrived in film pack and say Zolpidem 10m howere I can not find them on the net. Are the zolpidem. The only tablet that I've found that matches this description, including that slightly elongated round shape has BI (capital i) 10 on one side with a score on the other that is manufactured by Boehringer Ingelheim and they list it as being a Combipres tablet that contains 0.3mgs of Clonidine and 15mgs of Chlorthalidone. This medication is listed by the FDA as being most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and its typical side effects may include nausea, dizziness, increased urination, headache and dehydration. small white scored table with M on one side and 221 on the other side ## The closest I could find to this actually has 3M 221 on the round white tablet with a score mark. 3M Pharmaceuticals lists it as being a 100mgs Norflex tablet, which contains the active ingredient Orphenadrine, which is a muscle relaxant. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and drowsiness. Can you please double check the imprint and post back? Thank you!

I have a round 12mm diameter by 3mm thickness light green with white speckles pill. One side has capital E other side is clean. Pill is not scored. Looked everywhere and cannot find any description. Supposedly this is oxycodone 80mg controlled release. May be from another country. Any help and input is greatly appreciated. found it in my teenage sons pocket in a brown glass bottle ,the pill is 3mm in diam and 2mm thick ,the bottle is 1inch long, what could it be? ## What markings (most pills have numbers and or letters on both sides) are on it and is it scored(does it have a line down the middle?) You might be able to identify it that way. ## Since the post title states that it has no markings, we can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription tablet, since they are all required to have markings to enable their identification. That leaves it open to being something that's available over the counter, since they aren't required to have imprints, a foreign medication or an illicit substance.
