I found this site to further understand a product I purchased yesterday at a truck-stop. Its a six pack of caffeine tablets with the imprint MW 200 on one side and in fourths on the other. The name of the tab is Xtreme PEPTIME Mini-white. I hope that answers your questions. ## Thanks for sharing your finding. Hi. Need help identifying a small white pill. Imprint is LM over the score line and 25 under the score line. ## Hi Kassius, Does your pill also happen to have an "X" on the opposite side? I haven't been able to verify my findings, but from what I could gather, a round white pill with those markings is supposed to be an over-the-counter expectorant and bronchodialator by the name of Vasopro. It contains the active ingredients Ephederine (25mg) + Guaifenesin (200mg). Please post back if you think this could be a match!

This pill is not ibuprophen 200mg. I looked it up because i had a similar looking pill, but this was white and on one side had the numbers 420 circled. There is a similar pill that is used in the treatment of leukemia, lymphoma, and chrones disease plus theres more uses for it. The brand name for this pill is "Two-Way MaxBrand". These do have cross scores on the back. I have found a white/cream coloured pill in my car door, need some answer from people as I dont know what it is. It has a capital 'M' with an underscore underneath it followed by the number '200'. It is round and smooth. Please help. ## This pill is difficult to ID, but I did find some information that may be of help. Another patient with this same pill has an "assumption" that it may be 200mg of Ibuprofen (Motrin), and they believe the PV could stand for 'Premier Value'.
