white round pill with 4007 on one side and looks like t v on other side ## The printing on these pills frequently seems to look funny, but I think what you may be looking at is the marking 4097 TV and the tablet contains 20mgs of the muscle relaxant Baclofen. 4097 / TV 224 / 6 (the six is underlined) 3670 / Blank 93 /15 SC/80 other side if blank IP/54 other side is blank 50/93 other side has a checkmark ## The tablet with the TV 4097 imprint contains 20mgs of Baclofen: The tablets with the 3670 and the 93 15 markings contain 500mgs of Nabumetone: The tablet with the ZC 80 marking contain 100mgs of Lamotrigine: The tablet with the IP 54 marking contains 40mgs of Citalopram: The tablet with the 5093 V marking contains 10mgs of Prednisone: Unfortunately, I haven't found a listing for the 224 6 tablet, can you please double check the imprint?

white round medium size pill one side says 4097 with a symbol TL above it on other side says -20- what is this? ## The markings indicate the pill in description to be Baclofen (20 mg); which is primarily used to treat spasticity. NOTE: The imprint in the drug database shows TV 4097 and not TL 4097. Also the -20- is replaced by -TV-. It is manufactured by Teva Pharmaceuticals USA.
