Found these unlabeled in garage, they're really tiny white tablets with a capital T on one side and 25 on the other. It's Canadian by the way. Any help would be greatly appreciated. ## Found a match! i found small white pill winthrop on one side and two dots on the other side can somebody identify this? ## I'm sorry, but I can't find any listings for this in our U.S. prescription drug resources. Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere? In the current databases, there is only one tablet with the Winthrop marking, it's oval and blue. I believe the company used to have more on the market, but that was years ago. It's also possible that it is an over the counter product or a foreign medication. Does anyone recognize this? ## I JUST FOUND THE SAME PILLS GOING THROUGH SOME OLD MEDICINE. INSIDE THE BOX IT SAYS "ONE EVERY 6 HOURS AS NEEDED FOR PAIN" THE BOX IS ALSO DATED 8-3-62. Identify a pill found in our home - help please. We have a teenage son and recently found a white, circular pill on the floor which has the "F" marking on it (including the brackets). We have tried the usual ID sites but cannot find it anywhere. Obviously we are concerned as to what it is. ## Sorry, the post above was missing the critical info, the marking type. The marking is an F enclosed in greater than/less than brackets, <F>. Thanks ## This one has been a challenge to find so far. Unfortunately I can't provide a definite ID at this point, but some research revealed that it is most likely from the UK. Is that where you are located? Any other clues which you can post? round white tablet with AN 627 on one side and nothing on the other side. ## not much detail; just a med size white tab plain w/ no score on one side and other side says AN on top and below is 627. ## And to add an identification for anyone else looking, the tablet with the AN 627 marking contains 50mgs of Tramadol, which is a centrally acting analgesic. It is derived from an opiate, so it does have the potential to be habit forming and can cause side effects similar to most narcotics, such nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and constipation. Are there any questions or comments? There are more Tramadol details available here.

Can tramadol be taken with methadone? ## Has your doctor advised you to use them both? Both medications can cause depression of the central nervous system, so a doctor has to take the dosages under careful consideration, when prescribing them together. Therefore, they should never be used together, without a doctor's approval and supervision. It also means that this combination might not be appropriate for someone that suffers breathing problems, such as COPD, or a person that has liver problems.

What makes tramadol a narcotic if there's no opiets or opioids in it? It was actually created, when some medical research scientists were trying to create a medication that would be as effective as an opiate narcotic, but not have the same side effects and addictive tendencies. However, what they ended up with was a moderate analgesic that still carries all the same risks. It can be habit forming and may cause side effects such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, depression of the centr...

Found a round white pill with inscription Ry on it. No other markings. What is it? ## Hi Lou, Does the letter "R" on your pill look anything like the Actavis "R" logo that's sorta shaped like a bow tie on one end?
