Im guessing the strength of this pill is less than any over the counter Tylenol.. 325 vs 500 ## Actually, both of the doses you listed are over the counter strengths. The original Tylenol was 325mgs, the Extra Strength is 500mgs and there is a time released arthritis formulation that contains 650mgs. Learn more Acetaminophen details here. The 325mg dosage isn't purchased as often, anymore, so it's seen less frequently in most stores, but it is still available. I have been asking oxybutynin cl er 15 mg for a couple of years now, but now I am finding part of the pill in my stool?.
