White Round Pill No Markings 3 19

I found theses in my 19 year old's pants pocket ## If there are no markings, it may be difficult to determine what this tablet contains. We can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription tablet, because they are all required to have unique imprints to enable their identification, however, it could be any one of a large number of over the counter items. There is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication. Did you try asking your son about it? ## I am almost positive that it is a 2mg clonazepam/klonopin. I have one that it from Iran and it is a 2mg clonazepam perscribed primarily for anxiety issues, panic attacks, etc. It is definetely foreign though as you said and mine was from Iran so it might be a middle eastern country. ## My scrip is Hyomax FT .125 mg Hyoscyamine FO...

I just tried looking up the Rx number you provided, but after a few searches came to realize that this number can't actually be used to identify any pill in particular. I believe it's supposed to be a number the pharmacy might use within their realm of keeping track of prescriptions. However if you still happen to have the pill in your possession, I would encourage you to post back with any additional markings that might be on it as well. This way we can know for certain that it is what you say it is and not something else in the wrong bottle. I hope this helps and I'll look forward to hearing back from you!

Unfortunately, the RX number only provides information to the pharmacist that filled the prescription, it is not a universal thing that can be used to identify anything. Being that they are that old, the likelihood of finding an identification is pretty slim, because it's probably something that isn't even manufactured anymore. Is there any other information on the label? Any markings on the pill?

My husband recently received med refills in the mail. His plavix/ blogosphere was filled this time by A pill from Dr. Reddy's. I am an Rn and I know that errors are sometimes made so I have tried to find a way to identify if he has received the correct med. I received a Lipitor 80mg pill, large white round and fairly flat, with "R" on one side and 196 on the other. Since it is different from the one I had been taking, I wanted to be sure it was the correct medicine. What do those markings mean? Is this just the same medicine from another pharmacy? ## Actually, the tablet that meets this description with the R 196 marking is listed as containing 75mgs of Clopidogrel, which is used to prevent blood clotting. what does a 10mg roxy look like? ## There is no Roxicodone, which would be the regular release formulation of Oxycodone, in a 10mg tablet. Roxicodone is only available in 5, 15 or 30mg tablets. I don't have a picture to post for you, due to copyright reasons, but I can give you some descriptions and markings. There is a 10mg Oxycontin tablet, that should have the marking of OP on one side and 10 on the other, the other tablets had OC on on side and 10 on the other and they are both white.
