LITTLE, WHITE ROUND PILL ## I found a small white round pill with 54 on top and 210 underneath that, can anyone email me and tell me what that pill is and another pill I have that is oval and white with the letters and numbers M358 on it, does anyone know what drug this is. I have a white oval pill that says M 582 on one side and is blank on the other side. Could this pill be Percocet? ## I have never seen one like that before, nor heard of it ever being oval. Oxycodone is white, round and either says 512 or endo (depending on the maker). There is aso Roxixet, but I can't remember what it says on it...Hope this helps. Also, it depends on the strength. The ones I have described are 5/325 strength, but the 10 milligram tabs sometimes are oval. Call your pharmacy. Or even call a different pharmacy to compare what they have ## I think it is. small round white pill M35 ## Based on the description provided, I found your pill to be Chlorthalidone (25 mg). The pill however looks to be more of an off-white color.
