It is manufactured by Unichem Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 4mgs of Tizanidine. The FDA classifies it as a muscle relaxant and lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth. ## I have never seen a blue tizanidine.. However yes it is a muscle relaxers also it is the best for lower extremities where the other ones i.e Mobic or Roboxoan work for upper body I rotate both depending what part of my body hurts most and been taking for over 12 years. Please help me identify a white round pill with the just the number "12" on the front and nothing on the back. The "12" is on one side of a pill break indented line. It's a small, white round pill split down the middle, as in 155 | 155. The foil says it's an Abbott Laboratories product, and it's 10mg. ## There are no markings or imprints on the tablets themselves? Is there any other wording on the foil? The pill I found is round, white and had an x on one side and U 159 on the other side. What is it? ## Any chance that the imprint on your pill says "U 169" instead of U 159? I located a round white pill with U 169 on one side and an x (or cross-scored) on the back. This pill is reportedly identified as a 4mg Tizanidine HCL tablet, used as a muscle relaxant. It's an anti-nausea & anti-vomiting pill. There are no Percocet 15 tablets, the contain Oxycodone and Acetaminophen and there are none available that contain 15mgs of either one. If there are no markings, it is most likely just some type of over the counter product, since all prescription tablets must have markings to enable their identification according to U.S. law. Does anyone recognize this tablet? I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you.

All prescription medications are marked, but the markings have to be unique to each manufacturer, each medication and each dosage of that medication. For instance, a round white tablet with A 101 on one side in black print, with nothing on the other is listed as being a 150mg Budeprion XL tablet, which is a time released formulation of Bupropion.
