The pill I found is round, white and had an x on one side and U 159 on the other side. What is it? ## Any chance that the imprint on your pill says "U 169" instead of U 159? I located a round white pill with U 169 on one side and an x (or cross-scored) on the back. This pill is reportedly identified as a 4mg Tizanidine HCL tablet, used as a muscle relaxant. For verification, the pill itself carries a National Drug Code of 29300-0169 and is manufactured by Unichem Pharma. I hope this helps!

That's what i get from my doctor, oxy 15 mg ## yeah there oxys ## Hi everyone - I actually don't think these are oxy's. It seems like you're mistaking the pill being described here, because there are Oxycodone 15mgs which also have M 15 as the imprint ... HOWEVER ... the pills are a very very light green (almost white), the M is by itself in a box on one side, and the 15 is above a score mark on the other. Round white pill with score on one side and thats it simeine said it was a percaset 15 ? ## Hello, Shari! How are you? There are no Percocet 15 tablets, the contain Oxycodone and Acetaminophen and there are none available that contain 15mgs of either one. If there are no markings, it is most likely just some type of over the counter product, since all prescription tablets must have markings to enable their identification according to U.S. law. Does anyone recognize this tablet? I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you.

please advise what this pill use for what ## Hi Brenda, The closest match I've been able to locate is Atenolol (100 mg) + Chlorthalidone (25 mg). It is a white round pill with the imprint MP 152. The P intersects with the M and doesn't really stand out as an imprint on its own -so maybe it was rubbed off at some point- making it appear as if only the M is part of the imprint. Manufacturer: Mutual Pharmaceutical Company, Inc. Atenolol is used for a number of conditions including: hypertension, angina, acute myocardial infarction, supraventricular tachycardia, ventricular tachycardia, and the symptoms of alcohol withdrawal. Atenolol is currently recommended only in special circumstances as complementary medication in hypertension. More frequently one or more of ACE Inhibitors, cal...

you note that generic meds can be marked same as proprietery "other" mess. how to be sure what I have? ## Hello, Dr. Dre! How are you? I think you're misunderstanding, so I'll try to clear this up for you. All prescription medications are marked, but the markings have to be unique to each manufacturer, each medication and each dosage of that medication. For instance, a round white tablet with A 101 on one side in black print, with nothing on the other is listed as being a 150mg Budeprion XL tablet, which is a time released formulation of Bupropion. Now, there are other companies that also make a 150mg time released dosage, but they cannot use the same imprint, they have to use a different one. This is done to help make sure that the medications can be identified and trac...
