it is an oblong oval shape, about as close to the standard pill form you can get. the top and bottom are slighty rounded and the sides are straight. the only imprint it has is a 315 on it, back side is blank. ## Physician's Total Care lists this tablet as being a Vytorin tablet, it contains the active ingredients ezetimibe, and simvastatin. Have no idea what this is found in teenagers room! ## It is Gabapentin 600 mg. It is often prescribed for nerve pain. It is Not an opiate. It is also prescribed for anxiety and insomina among other things. You must have a prescription to obtain it. ## There was also a white round pill with 357 imprint on one side? Found a round pink tablet with white specks with the numbers 44 319 on it. Not sure if it's OTC or prescription med. It also smells like candy. What is this. ## I cannot find an exact ID for this, but I can tell you that pills marked with a 44, followed by an additional 3 numbers are all OTC products. That also explains why I cannot located it, since they are not regulated and the imprints are not logged like prescription medications. If it smells like candy, then it is probably a chewable tablet, which would suggest that it is possibly a child's dosage. Does anyone else recognize this?

It's the size of an oc, with a slightly yellow coating and white inside, tablet, only marking I can see is either an s1 or 51, POSSIBLY 31 but I don't think that's it.
