I have a round white pill with the imprint of I 45 (the I has a line across the top and bottom). The manufacturer is Solco Healthcare. What is this pill? ## It is 500 mgs. of Metformin. I was just given this pill today, as before I was taking 500 mgs. but the company was Apotex. round white pill with large 45 on one side and blank on other ## I can't find any prescription drugs with just a 45 on them, most have a little more to their imprint than just two numbers. My guess it it could be something over the counter or a foreign med, which are almost impossible to identify since they are not regulated like US prescription drugs.

Big round white pill. One side has a G on the top and 45 on the bottom. The other side has 850. This is a pretty big pill. M on one side 45/50 on the other - what is it and whats it used for? ## Is it possible that you're looking at it upside down and the marking is M 0552? Does anybody know what these are. A friend of mine has them and somebody told her they were lithium.
