The pill is round and white. it has 119 on it w an upside down V or triangle that has a P in the middle of the triangle. Someone told me it was methadone. but I've never seen a done look like that. ## Hi mimi, The upside down V with a P in the middle, sounds like it may be a logo from Advanced Pharma. I would suggest contacting them directly (via the link below) to inquire about the logo you're describing: advancedpharma.net/Default.aspx I recently saw another post here in the forums where someone was describing the upside down V and P and it turned out to be from that manufacturer, so I have a hunch that it's advancedpharma, but I guess we'll see. I found a white pill, with fr 11 on it in my pocket book, i cant figure out what it is or where it came from. ## Have you recently purchased, or carried an over the counter products with you? The white pill imprinted "115 R" is 30mg of codeine phosphate. Hope this helps. ## My friend had a pill with 115 on it and she said it stops pain in your tooth. It is white very small and has a "R" on one side and "115" on the other. I can't find no exact info on it. I've heard maybe 30 mg Codeine. What is a white round pill imprinted with "0115 4652"? ## I think the pill is a form of Donnatal. I found an old prescription bottle under my dresser from 1988. Pills are round, white, and blank on one side with 0115 4652 printed on the other. Looks like the medicine name on the bottle is typed as "Donnatoli.c." When I look that up, Donnatal comes up. My prescription was for cramps - Donnatal is for that (IBS relief, among other things). Hope this helps :)

It contains 250mgs of Mefloquine; which is used to prevent and treat malaria. I found a round white pill 104 on BOTTOM half, there is nothing on the back or the front. I can't find it anywhere on any Web site ## The legitimate white round pills I'm seeing all have the number 104 on the TOP half of a score line and are blank on the back. These generic Percocet 5/325mg tablets are reported to be approximately 11mm in size and are a product of Mylan Pharmaceuticals. They also carry a National Drug Code of 00378-7104. If yours appear any different, I'd suspect them to be counterfeits. However you can always contact Mylan just to be sure. I hope this helps!
