I have a round, white tablet with 512 imprinted on it. Is this generic Tylenol? ## Based on the description provided, this is NOT tylenol. I located the imprint to be Acetaminophen + Oxycodone hydrochloride (325 mg - 5 mg). The blend tablet is a narcotic pain reliever used to treat moderate to severe acute (short-term) pain. I'm confused I just got a refill of generic percocet 5/325. Last month I was given a new type that just doesn't do enough for me. Had the RP stamped on smaller 5/325 pill. My previous prescriptions were large white pills with 512 on one side with a code on bottle of MCRK. My new prescription has the identical 512 pills but still has the newer code of MADV. SO IS THE PILL THE SAME OR NOT. Or is it made by someone else Thanks ## Hello, Tom! How are you? As long as the imprint is the same, the manufacturer is the same. They are manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals. The code on the bottle from your pharmacy isn't always the actual manufacturer, sometimes it's just a licensed distributor. The FDA classifies this medication as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the ...

Pharmacy recently changed my generic 5 mg / 325 pills. The original capsule-shaped, white, U15 imprint (Aurolife pharma llc - pill search result) to a round, white, 512 imprint (Mallinckrodt inc - also pill search result). The "new" pill also has "APAP" on the label; I can't say for certain the original (U15) had that designation, though it may have. The "new" pill makes me feel "differently", and not in a good way. Before I speak with my pharmacist, I wanted to understand why or how they might cause this difference. ## Both of the tablets you've mentioned contain 5mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, so they are the same. APAP is just medical speak for Acetaminophen, so that's not anything different or new. This is a narcotic analges...

I have a pill also described as a pill for migraine but I do not know what it is other than that and I want to know more. On one side it has an M on top and 512 on bottom with no score separating the two, on the other side it has nothing and no score on that side either. All I read about that is close has scoring on one side, this has no scoring at all and the inscription just as told above. Does any one with migrains know what this is??? Thank you so much for your time! ## There are two white tablets with similar imprints but are two different drugs. One is a round pill with M over S12 (could look like 512). That is Sumatriptan 100 mg used for treating migraines (NDC 0378-5632). From DailyMed: Inactive Ingredients: - Silicon Dioxide - Croscarmellose Sodium - Hypromelloses - Lactose M...
