I have a round, white pill (similar to what an Aspirin looks like) with "Pliva" over "433" on one side and the other side just has the line to break it in half. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and weight changes. Does the one with the 433 on it also have PLIVA on it? If so, Pliva lists it as containing 50mgs of Trazodone, which is another antidepressant that is also used to treat insomnia. It's side effect profile is very similar to the previously mentioned medication.

There is a round, white tablet with the marking SL 433 that contains 50mgs of the antidepressant Trazodone, which is also sometimes used to treat sleep disorders. I was given a RX for a mild sleeping pill Trazodone 50 MG. I have tried taking one as prescribed occassionally and it keeps me up all night. Then the next day I feel fatigued and have a headache. They are white round pills with a line down the center on one side and tthe other side has letters PLIVA AND THE #433 ON THE SIDE. Couldn't find it in the PDR. ## The tablet marked PLIVA 433 does contain 50mgs of Trazodone, however, it is not actually a sleeping pill. Trazodone is an SARI antidepressant, which can cause some drowsiness as a side effect, but it will not actually work like regular sleeping pills. white round pill with SL line under then 433 ## THIS IS NOT A MUSCLE RELAXANT! Sl 433 is an old marking, they company has been purchased by Pliva and the new pills have Pliva in place of the SL, however, this tablet is Trazadone 50mgs, a generic for the antidepressant Desyrel. This is not any type of muscle relaxant, nor in any way related to muscle relaxants.
