it is an oblong oval shape, about as close to the standard pill form you can get. the top and bottom are slighty rounded and the sides are straight. the only imprint it has is a 315 on it, back side is blank. ## Physician's Total Care lists this tablet as being a Vytorin tablet, it contains the active ingredients ezetimibe, and simvastatin. It is most commonly used to lower cholesterol. NDC code: 54868-5259 The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, headache, and joint/muscle aches. what is small light blue pill round with one side smooth and the other side M on top and 31 on bottom with a long line the length of pill ## I'm sorry, but I'm not finding a listing for any blue, round tablet with the M 31 marking on it. There is a tablet listed with the MYLAN A marking, that is white, round and contains 0.25mgs of Alprazolam. Learn more Alprazolam details here.
