It could possibly be a pill that is no longer on the market, it would make sense since it's so difficult to verify. Very small white round pill, scored on one side and has the number 20 over the number 79. I think it may be a 5 mg oxycodone. ## Is the marking possibly ZC over 79? Can you please double check and post back? If so, it is manufactured by Zydus Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 25mgs of Lamotrigine, which is most commonly used to prevent seizures. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, weight changes, and mood swings.

It does resemble an angular capital G. If the marking is E 65 the tablet is manufactured by Sandoz Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 2mgs of Clonazepam. Odds are that it could be either manufactured outside of the U.S. or that it is an over the counter medication, as OTC meds aren't required to be listed in the drug databases. If you're able to, I would consider taking the pill over to your local pharmacy and having it analyzed by their team to see if they can come up with anything. Also double check the marking if you think there's more to it than what you stated. Did you obtain this pill off the street by chance?
