Therefore, with no markings, we can rule it out as being a Methadone tablet from the U.S., which means the highest probability is that it is something available over the counter. However, there is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication. Where was it found/obtained?

I have these white circular pills which are blank on the one side and on the other it has a line splitting it in half with a S on the one half and a 4 on the other half. I have a pill with the letter m on one side and the # 18 what and I'm taking and for what??? ## Hi Sonny, I found a small white round pill with a capital "M" over the number "18" on one side; and blank on the back (aside from a dividing score line where you can split the pill in two). Is your tablet scored as well? The pill I'm describing is identified as Metoprolol tartrate 25mg [made by Mylan], used for treating high blood pressure. I was told this is a 30mg percocet?? ## I cannot find a listing for this tablet, however, I can tell you that there is no such thing as a 30mg Percocet. Percocet contains Acetaminophen and Oxycodone and is available in a max dosage of 10mgs on the Oxycodone. Does anyone else have information on this tablet? ## if its 30 mg is not perccet. I was hoping somebody could help me identify what this pill is. It is round, white and quite small (approx 7mm diameter). On one side it says "DM" above a half way split mark. On the other side it is blank. There are no numbers anywhere.

It could be any one of a large number of over the counter items or foreign medications. found in back of drawer. Uncoated white, round pill about a quarter inch in diameter, slightly smaller than a dime. Its scored on the front with a F D split by a vertical line and numbers 553 on opposite side. I have no idea what these pills are..someone said the FD stands for Fort Dodge Animal Medical...I can't find it in any pill identification databases so I guess it makes sense if this is strictly animal medication.
