What is a white round pill marked and scored on one side only (1800 with a fancy V at the top)? ## Hi Naganama, I located a round white pill with a fancy V below a score line and the numbers 0031 above it. On the back side it is blank. Is there any chance that the marking could've been misinterpreted depending on the pill's condition and which way it was being held? If this did turn out to be a match then it would be identified as a 500mg acetaminophen tablet, made by Qualitest. For verification, the pill itself is reportedly 12.00 mm in size and carries a NDC of 00603-0268. An image of this pill can also be viewed by following the NDC link. Round white pill, blank on one side with the letter V on the other side and a line across up above the V and below the numbers 0031. ## This tablet is manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals and they list as containing 500mgs of Acetaminophen, it is a generic or store brand of Tylenol. the pill is a small round white tablet with dx marked on one side and nothing on the other side this pill is about 1cm across ## Hi mike, The closest match I've been able to find is Arimidex (1 mg)- which contains the main ingredient anastrozole; it's a small, white, and round pill with the imprint Adx on the front and an A with an arrow pointing downwards (which is part of the A) on the back. It's kind of a hard imprint to describe... also, the imprints don't seem to have been stamped into the pill very deeply so maybe some of them got rubbed/smudged off at some point? it is an oblong oval shape, about as close to the standard pill form you can get. the top and bottom are slighty rounded and the sides are straight. the only imprint it has is a 315 on it, back side is blank. ## Physician's Total Care lists this tablet as being a Vytorin tablet, it contains the active ingredients ezetimibe, and simvastatin. It's the size of an oc, with a slightly yellow coating and white inside, tablet, only marking I can see is either an s1 or 51, POSSIBLY 31 but I don't think that's it.
