Round white pill with APO with a cut line and 500 under it only on one side...what is it? ## I have searched around and so far the closest pill which I have found to resemble your description is: " Each white, round, flat-faced with bevelled edge, scored, compressed tablet, identified 'APO' over '500', contains acetaminophen 500 mg " [1] So my best guess at this point is that it is called Apo-acetaminophen from Canada, containing, of course, Acetaminophen 500 mg as stated above. What is a white round pill with APO 018 on it? ## We have received a number of inquiries about this imprint code, but nobody was able to find a match based on both imprint code and reported color. The only lead regarding this was found from the manufacturer Apotex. On their site is listed a round Green pill with the imprint APO 018. The pill that came up is Cimetidine 200 mg, generic for Tagamet (treats acid reflux and other similar conditions).
