I have chronic megraine headaches. I have used but/asa/caff for since 1976 without side affects. 100 pills last over 100 days. I am now 81 Is that use safe? ## Has your doctor advised you to make any changes? Do you have any stomach problems? Stomach problems are usually the first reason someone has problems with this medication, after using it for such a long period of time, due to the Aspirin in it. There can, of course, be other dangers associated with such long term use of any medication, but you should really discuss those with your doctor. And to be quite honest, at your age, it might be more practical to stick with the same medication, if it isn't causing any problems. It is often found that the older you get, the more sensitive you are to medications and their effects, so th...

Its a small white pill with a diamond imprinted on one side and nothing on the other. just wondering what it is. ## I found one just like that, did you ever find out what it was? ## I can't find a listing for this in any of our prescription drug resources. However, I do know there is company that makes over the counter products with the diamond logo, which would also explain why it isn't listed. One of their products is a low-dose Aspirin tablet of 81mgs. Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere? ## T-Gone Remedies, homeopathic aide for tinnitus is a small round white pill with a diamond on it.

Its a small flat white pill blank on one side on the other it has an I dif 8 no idea what it is ## I am not quite sure I understand your description of the imprint. What do you mean by dif? Did you mean there's a dividing line? If so, then it's likely you're looking at it upside down and the marking is actually 81 and it's an 81mg low dose Aspirin tablet. I found a white round pill with markings 54 814. My friend said it was an Opana 10 mg. Is it? ## I have checked all of our resources for a tablet with this marking or a similar one and I am not finding anything in the U.S. prescription drug databases. The pill is a little larger than a birth control pill but smaller than a baby aspirin. I've ruled out it being an Rx because of the lack of markings. I can't seem to find it anywhere. Can any of you find out what it is? I'll attach a picture if someone can tell me how. ## Over the counter products can be difficult to narrow down, since there's no database on them. I haven't found anything, so far, but I will keep looking and post back when I have more information. Does anyone else recognize this? Is there any scent or odor to it, at all? ## No, no scent or odor. :( ## it is CVS brand of 81 mg aspirin enteric coated

small white round pill with 44 and 397 underneath ## found this pill that needs identified please ## Small round (5/16 inch diameter) light pink pill with number 44397 on it. No score on back side. Needs identification. Was told it is "baby aspirin". I have reason to believe it is not. ## The baby Aspirin listed with this marking is most commonly sold at Rite Aid, and they list it as being pink. It contains 81mgs of Aspirin, which is used by many people for blood thinning, and heart health. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach irritation, and increased risk of bleeding. I do not, however, have any information on a white one. Thick round, light yellow pill. Only marks are: P73 ## From what I've sen from other replies about this same pill is that this is a low dose (81 mg) aspirin. ## Small white pill with P73 printed on one side. ## I have read that this is a low dose asprin but there is an odor to the bottle I found and it has no label on it. it smells like vinegar. ## CVS Pharmacy does list this tablet as containing 81mgs of Aspirin, which is the dosage many people use for heart health, and blood thinning. NDC code: 50428-2302 The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, and stomach irritation. Curious, many medications can have an odd odor, that is not unusual. Was the bottle marked as containing Aspirin, or something else?
