White Rectangular W 2 On Side And Blank Other

I'm trying to ID these pill any help will be greatly appreciated ; it was presented as ativan and this pill is the exact same shape and color of the white rectangular 1 mg Lorazepam pills that are blank on one side and have 1 / APO on the other. How ever this pill has the markings R1 and > on the other side, I couldn't find the specific pill on google but anything R1 comes up as Risperidone. Is it Risperidone or Ativan? Print is only on one side. The other side had nothing. I can usually find what pills they are but am having no luck. Reason I ask is because I stumbled upon a white rectangular shaped pill (approx. 9mm in size) marked with S 521. This particular pill is identified as a 10mg Cetirizine hydrochloride tablet used for treating cold and allergy symptoms. it is a small white rectangular pill with M on the right and a greater than symbol with a smaller > inside it. The other side is blank. Please help me out. i havent been able to find anything on it. ## From what I can find, it seems this M with the funny logo contains 25mgs of Metoprolol and is made by Watson. The Rx pill I have is a white, unscored oval with FO on one side and a design that resembles a squared off lower case e. The second one is white, more rectangular, scored with 2 / 125 and IMO on the opposite side. The third one is a scored white oval with IP / 272 on one side and blank on the other. I have found a Rectangular white pill in childs room with 3 lines that divide it into 4 sections. It is has the divisions on both sides. On one side it has A on the second division and 2 on the third division hence reading A2. It is has nothing (blank) on the other side. Are you able to tell me what it could be, I am very concerned. I found it in an empty cigarette box.
