Can't find it anywhere else on the internet? Not sure what it is???? ## Lorazapame. 05mg for anxiety ## Based on my research, I can confirm that a white round pill marked with "SZ" on one side and "197" on the other side, is identified as Lorazepam (0.5mg), manufactured by Sandoz. Lorazepam is indicated for the short-term relief of symptoms associated with anxiety and/or depression. For additional verification, this tablet also has a National Drug Code of 0781-5371-01. Very small pill sz on one side and 157 on the other side. The prescription is supose to be for ativan but old prescriptions- the pill was flat these are rounded like a bubble . ## Hello, Karen! How are you? Is the marking possibly SZ 197? Can you please double check? If so, this tablet is manufactured by Sandoz and they list it as containing 0.5mgs of Lorazepam, which is the generic for Ativan. The FDA classifies this medication as a benzodiazepine, so it carries the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability.

These ZS157 pills were in my bottle of lorazepam. The size is nearly the same as the lorazepam, but not quite. That's how I noticed. I also discovered a lot of ZS157s. I have not yet identified these. I also take pindolol, which are also small round and white pills, confusion reigns. I finally dumped out the lorazepam bottle and looked at every pill under my sewing magnifying glass. Can you tell me what the ZS157s are? These pills were mixed in with lorazepam, and heaven only knows how many of them I've taken in good faith. What should I do about this? ## Is the marking SZ 197? If so, they are also Lorazepam, they are manufactured by Sandoz Inc., and they list them as being 0.5mg tablets. NDC: 00781-5371 Occasionally, if they run short of the product from one manufacturer, a pha...

I took many in the late 60's and early 70's. They were effective, very clean, and probably methamphetamine hydrochloric salts. They were very small tablets. Later on, around 1976 or so they started using caffeine, so that ended that drugs realm and into the methaqualone era that took many, many good people from this Earth. ## I'm surprised that they don't manufacture this medication illegally instead of methampetamine. I would never consider taking amptetamines, but I did take white cross pills to help me get through late night studying. ## I suppose if methamphetamine is the primary ingredient in white cross energy pills, then these drug manufacturers probably assume that they don't need to manufacture anything but methamphetamine and just be straightforward with th...

I found 3 small white round pills with the imprint of (i think NL 503) and on the other side of the pill is blank in my son's room. i have tried to look it up on google with no answers. Please help ## Possibly a discontinued Actifed antihistamine/decongestant containing pseudoephedrine and tripolidine. I had an old bottle that also contained pills imprinted with TCL 090 with the same ingredients. I was given Actifed by a relative in about 1971 (age 9) instead of a pain pill when a firecracker blew up in my hand. I had small blood blisters and remember a slight euphoria with just one pill.

very small football shaped pill blank on one side, and one letter or number i cant see then 197 on the other side ## I didn't find any prescription products that match this description with a 197 on them, at all. I wonder if it's possibly something that's available over the counter. Do you think that missing digit might be an L? Is it possible you could have someone else look at and post back? ## Verwon (# 1) - it is called Loratadine. Same as pill L612

Found these pills in the attic of house I recently bought. The date on the script bottle is dated 1971 and is written in cursive the word Valium. The pills are white and round. With ROCHE 4 on one side and just a line through the middle of the opposite side. What are these? Does anyone know? ## They are exactly what is on the bottle, the original Valium tablets in the 5mg dosage. Back then, they were allowed to handwrite prescription labels, the laws weren't as strict. Valium is a benzodiazepine that is most commonly used to treat anxiety, and panic disorders. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, mood changes. and irritability. After all this time, they have likely lost all efficacy, and should be disposed of properly. Is there an...

I have chronic megraine headaches. I have used but/asa/caff for since 1976 without side affects. 100 pills last over 100 days. I am now 81 Is that use safe? ## Has your doctor advised you to make any changes? Do you have any stomach problems? Stomach problems are usually the first reason someone has problems with this medication, after using it for such a long period of time, due to the Aspirin in it. There can, of course, be other dangers associated with such long term use of any medication, but you should really discuss those with your doctor. And to be quite honest, at your age, it might be more practical to stick with the same medication, if it isn't causing any problems. It is often found that the older you get, the more sensitive you are to medications and their effects, so th...

So what do I have?? ## Hi Boscobella, The closest match I've been able to find is Pemoline (18.75 mg). It is a white round pill with the imprint A 197 on the front and nothing on the back. My grandfather went to the doctor and was told that he was most likely going to get leukemia. He is already diabetic and we didn't want to put him on chemotherapy. We did a lot of research and found this seaweed called fucoidan that has cancer cell killing properties. We ordered some of this. It comes in a bottle that you keep in the fridge. After a month of taking it, he went back to the doctor and found out that he was starting to improve and white blood cell count is up. This was a blessing. Just thought I would share where we found this information on the healing properties of the seaweed. Has anyone else heard of or tried this approach? Pubmed.gov lists numerous third party, independent studies on Fucoidan from scientists all over the world dating back to the 1970s. You can sea...
