So far, the closest match I've seen is a round white pill imprinted with L434 on one side and scored on the back. [Pseudoephedrine 60mg + Triprolidine 2.5mg]. I've also seen an oblong white pill imprinted with L484 - albeit the 8 could probably be mistaken for a 3 depending on the condition of the pill. Someone mixed them in with my Ibuprofen. To them they were both pain relievers. To me, I cannot take Acetaminophen. I have a bad liver and it will cause me to run fever and have flu symptoms and will further damage my liver. YOU SAVED ME! I thought I might have put some kind of generic Ibuprofen in with my others. Unfortunately I haven't located an exact match, however the clues I'm finding here do lead me to believe that it falls in the realm of OTC cough, cold, pain or sleep meds, or motion sickness tablets.
