My KEPPRA has always been Yellow with H88 on it now my KEPPRA is White Oblong with M615 on it I have had 3 Seizures since taking the White Oblong. Can you please tell me the difference is and which Brand is Generic? ## Hello, Darlene! How are you? I'm sorry about the seizures you've been experiencing. These medications are listed as containing 500mgs of Levetiracetam, so both are generics for Keppra. Sometimes, seizures can still occur, while taking a medication to prevent them, but it is very unusual that you would suddenly have 3, when given the new tablets. According to the Hatch-Waxman Act of 1984, there can be slight fluctuations in the amount of the active ingredient from one generic medication to the next, they are allowed to different by as much as plus or minus 20% and ... ...

How long past the expression date are the pills still good to take? ## The pill in description contains a combination of Acetaminophen (325 mg) + Butalbital (50 mg) + Caffeine (40 mg); manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals Inc. From what I've read (according to a Harvard Medical School family health article), there is little chance of danger due to taking medications even up to 15 years beyond their expiration date. This conclusion was based upon a study conducted at the request of the US military due to stockpiles of expensive drugs they could otherwise need to replace every few years. The conclusion was that 90% of those drugs remained effective 10 to 15 years after the expiration date. I don't know whether or not the drug you have happens to be one of these drugs from the... ...
