white large oblong pill with no imprint of any kind but it is scored on one side ## Most probably Paracetamol 500mg. Why do you not have the packaging, blister or patient information leaflet? If it is a 'found object' then it should not be consumed under any circumstances. The packaging will ALWAYS tell you what you have. It is compulsory to have the relevant information printed on the aluminium of the blister pack, or the bottle in which it came. Pills should never be in any container or packet which is not sealed and which does not carry the information regarding contents and dosage. ## I have a long white rectangle pill with 3 acres on each side but no imprint on either side? Can this be zanax 2 mg

Need to identify my round white pill with a M On one side then scored side And 221 ## M on front maybe 221 or 122 on back small round ## Based on the description provided, I located a round white pill with MP (the P is sort of fused together with the M) over a score line on one side and 122 underneath the score. This particular pill reportedly contains Acetaminophen (300mg) + Codeine phosphate (30mg), used for treating pain and/or coughing. It's also said to have been made by Rugby Pharmaceuticals. Any chance this could be your pill? If not, whereabouts did you get it from?

I got a pill. Round white with number 54 scored through the middle. Nothing under the score. The back is scored but nothing on it at all. Completely blank. I can't figure out what it is. I've been searching the internet for 2 hours! Nothing listed.. It's always 54 with other numbers. There is nothing on this pill but 54. Please help! ## Yes, this is a conundrum, I am not familiar with one that just has the 54 on it, either. Since it's above the score, I have to wonder if maybe there were supposed to be other numbers, but something went wrong. I'm going to do some more search and I'll post back, when I have information for you. Is anyone else familiar with this tablet?

Has "PE" imprinted on one side with circles around it, double scored on the other side. Any ideas? Can't find anything about what this may be. ## I can't seem to find any specific details whatsoever about this pill under US search engines, so I'm thinking this could possibly be something that's either been discontinued for quite some time or maybe shipped here from overseas. Did you order this tablet from one of those web-based pharmacies by chance? I only ask because there are happen to be quite a few pills coming in those types of pharmacies located in places like India, that have markings which can't be identified here. Alternatively, but less likely - it could also be an illicit drug, OTC med, or even a dietary supplement. I'd consider having its cont...

A Mysterious Pill! Recently, indulging in a bit of retail therapy I wandered into a second hand clothing and accessory store. After browsing for a bit I came across a pre-loved brown satchel type bag that I just had to have. On the bus ride home I was inspecting its many compartments, including the built in wallet section at the back. It was inside there that I found a small white round pill nestling in the zip up place to put coins in. After finding unexpectedly I am curious to learn what kind of medication it might be. So any help that anyone could give me would be appreciated greatly!! It is white- round in shape-measures just under 1cm across the middle. On the first side it has one straight scoreline vertically down the middle. And on the other it has the word Sigma printed horizon...

found several of these under my bed. White oval pills that are scored, with "G 2" on each side. Any help will be greatly appreciated. ## I've tried several searches for this, in various resources, over the past few days and I am just not finding anything that matches it. Are you in the U.S.? Do you have any idea where they might have come from? ## I also found some pills that are a white oval shape with a score thru the middle on both sides and G 2 on both sides. I live in Idaho and haven'tbeen able to identify these pills. Can you help? ## Generic Mucinex... 20mg Dextromethorphan and 400mg Guaifenesin I promise... ## I found out what these pills are. They are a Kroger brand of Mucus Relief with dextromethorphan. ## correct - these are guafesin and dextro. it's a gen...

Found white round pill with EP on one side and scored. Blank on the other side. No numbers. Anyone know what it is? ## Hi Kelly, Is the score line on the same side as "EP"? I only ask because there are at least a handful of other white round pills marked with "EP" sitting over top of a score line on one side and blank on the back. They're reportedly made by a company called Excellium Pharmaceuticals (hence the EP). However, the only discrepancy I've noticed is that these other pills also have a (3 digit) set of numbers underneath the score line. I just wonder if your numbers could've been rubbed off? - depending on its condition. Does anyone else here recognize this tablet? ## Lorazepam-used to treat anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, insomnia, multi pers...

I have been taking plavix and now clopidogrel 75 mg from two different bottles. One bottle has a white pill inscribed 44over148. The other bottle has a pink pill inscribed 34 on one side and E on the other side. Somehow I never noticed this before. Have I been taking the wrong pills? ## Hi, Harvey! How are you? The round, white tablet with the 44 over 148 marking is not a prescription medication of any type, so they are not Plavix/Clopidogrel. Those tablets actually contain 500mgs of Acetaminophen, they are a generic/store brand of Extra Strength Tylenol sold under the name Genepap Extra Strength. Learn more Acetaminophen details here. The one with the E 34 on it, however, is the correct tablet, it contains 75mgs of Clopidogrel. Learn more Clopidogrel details here. Missing doses of your...

Is a tamazepam a white round scored uncounted tablet with Capitol "G" on one side and a T one half of the score with 20 under the T on bottom of the score for other side? Told that's what it is it's a tiny bit bigger than a 2mg diazepam

I found a pill on the floor at the gym, it is pink with white spots, or maybe white with pink spots...it is spotted...little spots. It looks pink from a distance but when you look close it is spotted. It doesn't have any imprints, but it is scored. It is round and small (just under 1/4 of an inch in diameter). ## With no markings, it may difficult to determine what this tablet contains. We can rule it out as being a prescription medications, since all prescription tablets are required to have imprints to enable their identification. However, that does leave it open to a large number of over the counter possibilities. I haven't found anything yet, but I will keep looking. Does anyone else have any ideas?

I found 2 tiny white pills in a plastic pill carry sack that is blank on one side and scored on other side, along with a check mark or V underneath the score and the number 4171 above it. ## Hello, Dee! How are you? This tablet is manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals, formerly Vintage, hence the V logo, and they list it as containing 50mgs of Meperidine, which is an opiate analgesic. The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?

Hi all, I really need some help. I have looked high and low and can NOT figure out what this is. It's not a weird colored, logo'd home-pressed pill, it's thin and industrially manufactured. It's white round, biconvex, Has an indescribable logo on the top with 2.0 underneath and the back has a score straight through the center. A link to the photo can be found here.

It looks white or possibly light green it has a number 4 on front and two scores on back like a cross ## Hi Kay, The closest match I'm finding to your description is that of a white oval pill with the number 4 on one side. The other side is scored into four quarters with 42 in the top left corner, 16 in the top right corner, nothing in the bottom left corner, and it looks like a square root sign in the bottom right. This pill is identified as Methylprednisolone 4 mg; Manufactured by Vintage Pharmaceuticals Inc. For verification, you can view a photo of the pill by running a google search under "4 4216 v methylprednisolone". Learn More: Methylprednisolone Details I hope this helps!
