It was round with a white / clear color. It said A 109 on one side. The other side has nothing on it. ## Hello, Wondering! How are you? I noticed you said 'it was', so I'm assuming this isn't a pill you have any longer? Tylex cd, just got these factory sealed .made by janssen-cilag in mexico 500mg paracetamol 30mg codeine , so basically t3's here in the states ## Hi Mike, Just curious, does this require a prescription down in Mexico or do pharmacies there dispense standard pharmaceuticals over the counter? I realize they treat medications totally different in other countries and with ever-rising drug costs here in the US I can only imagine how many Americans travel south for more affordable treatment options. Also, I read that Janssen-Cilag is a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson pharmaceuticals; who's headquarters are based at: Canoa 79, 01090 Ciudad de México, Ciudad de México - so they do appear to be a legitimate drug manufacturer. If anyone is looking to verify their medication,...

Plus, long-term use of high amounts could cause liver damage and/or failure. Learn more Vicodin details here.
