Large white round pill with 2410 written on it. Under the numbers is what appears to be an upper case script V ## This contains 350mgs of Carisoprodol, a generic for Soma, this is a musle relaxant. What is a round, white, scored tablet that has m over 100 on one side, and nothing on other side? Is this Metoprolol Succinate? ## A white round pill marked with “m” over “100” on one side and scored on the other, is in fact identified as Metoprolol Succinate ER. NDC: 00186-7302 (Discontinued) Manufacturer: Par Pharmaceuticals ## I am on the prescription Metoprolol ER 200 mg. I just refilled my script and noticed the pill to be a different size. I called the pharmacy and it was verified that I have the correct pills. The last bottle of this medicine was a rather large, football shape pill. It is a tiny round white pill that is scored on one side and a script v on the reverse with the numbers 46 05 ## I usually have no trouble identifying pills, but this one has had me stumped for quite a while now. The only match I can find that comes remotely close to your description is Hydrocodone 7.5mg + Acetaminophen 325mg; which has the marking V 36 05, but is different in color than what you mentioned. May I ask where you got these pills from?

Also, where did you get it from if you don't mind my asking? A pill's origin (whether it be from the internet, an old pharmacy script, found on the sidewalk, etc) may say a lot about its integrity and how much you can probably trust it to be anything of significance. How many should I take at a time? I have a script for my head aches. I used to be addicted to muscle relaxers ( I don't any more and as an out come I'm now on Methadone) so I think I may have a higher tolerance and I used to take four - five T3's at a time. So if they're only 1's I'd be not thinking right just guessing but i don't want to assume and take to many... does this make sense?.. ## This tablet is listed as only containing 500mgs of Acetaminophen, so it is not going to compare to any opiate for pain relief and you can't take more than 1,000mgs at any given dosing and no more than 3,000mgs in 24 hours. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness and headache. Is there anything else I can help with?

Hi! I found a couple of white football shaped pills that have 0.25 on one side and on the other side has just a center mark to break it in half. There is no name or logo on the pill. ## This seems a bit off, I know there's a Xanax that's similar, but it has the word XANAX over the 0.25. I found a pill with the imprint L917 on it and dont know what it is. It is not scored and has no manufacturer name. If I get prescribed the sublingual film could I ask the pharmacy to dispense the generic tablets ## No Nate. They won't switch out. Subutex is a completely different script. ## @nate, It probably wouldn't hurt to ask, but if I'm not mistaken, your doctor may have to be the one to make that request prior to writing your 'next' prescription. Usually the pharmacy will only give you what they have on the shelf at that time unless your doctor makes a point of notifying them on the script that you want a specific form of the medication.
