WHITE OVAL SHAPED PILL I FOUND NOT IN ITS ORIGINAL CONTAINER, IT HAS A SCORE LINE BETWEEN N AND C- OTHER SIDE 20. ## I'm not 100% certain, but I believe this may be an over the counter product manufactured and sold by Nature's Cure, they sell several herbal acne remedies. However, since they aren't require to be listed with any government agency, I am not sure which one this is. Does anyone else have more information on this tablet?

Found one white round pill 20 on one side and blank on the other ## Hi marie, From what I've researched, a manufacturer by the name of Accord Healthcare reportedly makes a round white pill with "20" on one side and a score line on the other (but no additional numbers). This particular pill contains 20mg of Escitalopram, used for treating depression and anxiety disorders. I know you mentioned that the opposite side of the pill was blank, but if you're just referring to there being no other numbers, I'd question whether a score line is still a possibility?
