A white pill with 44 over 198 stamped on one side, and blank on the other. Not sure what these are. It looks like aspirin, just not sure on the stamping. Reason I ask is because I found several white oblong pills that closely resemble your description; namely different dosages of Gabapentin - one with an imprint of G on one side of a divid/score line and the number 13 on the other half instead of 19. Tablets with the number 44 on them are over the counter products manufacturer by LNK International. They make products that are sold by stores as their generics or store brands.
