It is a fairly potent muscle relaxer. Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and headache. It's a very good muscle relaxer. ## Catscry, the pill you described that contains 4mgs of Tizanidine is a round tablet and the M724 are both on the front of the tablet. I can't find anything listed for an oval or oblong pill that has an M on one side and a 724 on the opposite.
