I have a small, white, round pill with m 145 imprinted on it. 'm' and '145' are each on their own line, but on same side. Any identification for it would be great. ## That last digit is actually meant to be a 6 but it is hard to see, this is Spironolactone 25mgs, a diuretic.

I am trying to identify a pill that is white and three sided kind of like a triangle. On one side it is split in half with wc on one side and 142 on the other. I found a small white pill with a DZ / 16 on one side nothing on the other. Does anyone know what it is? ## My first guess is that this is either an over the counter or a foreign medication. I say that because I even checked with the US National Institute of Health (nih.gov) and nothing was coming up which matches the imprint DZ 16. May I ask what country you are in? What is this small white pill? It is scored with MOR W on one side and 231 on the other? Is it Oxycodone? ## The closest imprint I could find is M231, which is Atenolol 50mgs, a generic for Tenormin. It is used to help lower blood pressure.
