Founf a white oval pill on the floor of my car (just bought it used) it is not scored on either side & is imprinted with I8 on one side. It is slightly thicker & longer than the vicoden I am prescribed. I found a white capsule shaped pill in mt daughters room. It has either 81 or I8 onone side and the other side is blank. Just found them and I am pretty sure they are darvocet 650s ## No, this is not a Darvocet tablet, nor any type of narcotic. The marking is actually 8I (that's a capital i) and it contains 800mgs of Ibuprofen, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling. Learn more Ibuprofen details here. do the Ibuprofen IP 466 and the Ibuprofen I8 have the same exact inactive ingredients? I have gotten muscle pain and headaches with the I8 and never got them with the IP466 I thought maybe something was different in the inactive ingredients. can you please help me ## Hello, Kate! As long as they are using ones from the FFA approved list, none of them have to be the same from one manufacturer to the other, so yes, it could be the in actives that are causing your problem. I get 10 mg. Endocodil in Mexico made by BioGenTec. It is supposed to be the same as the oxycontin prescribed to me in the U.S. However it is not the time released version that I prefer, and is very expensive.
