It's supplied by Akyma Pharmaceuticals. It can be purchased over the counter (OTC). It's not necessarily hard on the stomach but, like all acetaminophen, can be hard on the liver if taken too much/often. ## Amneal Pharmaceuticals also list this tablet as containing 325mgs of Acetaminophen, it is a generic for Tylenol, and is available over the counter.
