This pill is an 800 mg gabapentin(generic) or Neurontin. It's used for nerve pain. It's not 800 ibuprofen! I know this for a fact, because I take this medication. ## Hello, Nikki! How are you? That is correct, but I would like to clarify that it isn't just used to treat nerve pain. It is actually an anticonvulsant, so it can also be used to prevent seizures and to treat certain mood disorders. Typical side effects include nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, mood swings and weight changes. Is there anything else I can help with? ...

do gabapentin 800 come in a large white oblong pill with no markings and a line in the middle

Do gabapentin 800 come in the form of a big white oblong pill with no markings and a line down the middle. Or any gabapentin come in the form of a big white oblong pill with no markings and a line down the middle. ## Hello, Tex! How are you? No, prescription tablets in the U.S. all have markings on them to enable their identification, in case of emergency and since Gabapentin is a prescription medication, it wouldn't be available in the U.S. without some type of markings on the tablet. If you have an unmarked pill, then it is most like just an over the counter product. There is a small chance that it could be a foreign medication, since few other countries regulate as strictly as the U.S. and Canada do, but that's not very likely. This particular pill is identified as an 800mg Gabapentin tablet, used for treating neuropathic pain. White scored oblong/oval pill 13 2, blank on one side

This is a rather large white oval tablet with 13 and 2 on one side and blank on the other, scored down the middle. What is it? I can't find any information. Any help would be much appreciated! ## @ARA, Based on your description, the closest match I'm finding is an 800mg Gabapentin tablet, used for neuropathic pain. It's depicted as a white oblong shaped pill imprinted with "G | 13" on one side and blank on the other -(but scored down the center on both sides). The only logical thing I can think of is that you may have misinterpreted the G for a 2 depending on the condition of the pill. For reference, this particular tablet is reported to be approximately 19mm in size and is manufactured by a company called Glenmark Generics. Any chance this could be your pill? ## No,... ...
