We can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription medication, because they are all required, by federal law, to have markings to enable their identification, in case of emergency. However, it could be any one of a large number of over the counter items and there is also a chance that it could be a foreign medication. Found inside my grandad's old boxes. Discovered a small pill box hidden with several small pills with COX on one side and GF on the other, they could be very old. One has been cut in half on purpose so it looks like it could have been dosages. Any ideas?

These capsules contain 200mgs of Celebrex (Celecoxib), which is a Cox-2 selective nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach irritation. And you should consult your doctor to be certain, but things should be fine, because it is also available in 400mgs doses. Is there anything else I can help with?

I have a plain white tub of yellow vals, all perfectly round. They say cox with a break line and cdc underneath. Pale with a weak bitter taste. Does anyone know where they come from and if they are real? I remember the cox blues from years ago so hopefully someone can help out??
