Is there a metoprol 50mg with the number 631? ## Hi ambi, Based on my research, I don't believe there is a Metoprolol with that exact marking. Perhaps it could be a number within another set of numbers or imprint, but I'm not finding anything that matches 631 in and of itself. The closest Metoprolol I located is a white round pill with a triangle logo sitting above the numbers "831". This happens to be a 50mg Metoprolol succinate extended release tablet. My daughter saw a neighbor drop these and there is no numbers or markings on the pills; he is very secret and does not talk to anyone and is sneaky ## and they are white and round ## If there are no markings, it is going to be difficult to determine exactly what they may be. We can rule them out as being U.S. manufactured prescription tablets, because they are all required to have markings to enable their identification. However, they could be any one of a large number of over the counter products and there is also a small chance that they could be a foreign medication. My best advice would be to just see that they are properly disposed of. Is there anything else I can help with?
