does tramadol work on siatic nerve pain going from lower back down leg? ## In my experience,no. Tramadol only worked on my neck pain. I can tell you what works for my siatic nerve pain aka (sychotic nerve) as I like to call it,stretching and hydrocodone. And I have sufferd with the pain for over 18 yrs,since i was 16.Oh and massage helps me too. I found an oval white pill with.Only gb. On one side and blank on the other.
