white oblong pill with r 333 percocet
Found this pill in my sons room. A333 imprinted, white oval with a line in the middle. Please, I pray it's only an over the counter product... ## Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but R333 is the code CVS uses to identify their oxycodone generic. It's a very addictive opiate: I would advise taking it from him immediately and getting him something a little less harmful, like a bong. ## Pardon, I meant A333. R333 is the code for hydrocodone. ...

white oblong pill with a333
This a333 is generic for percocet and CVS is dispensing them, OXYCODONE10/3.25 is what they are. ## Thanks for taking the time to share this information. To anyone else needing a second opinion, I can also confirm that an oblong white pill marked with "A333" is in fact identified as Oxycodone (10mg) + Acetaminophen (325mg); which is used to treat moderate to severe pain. For verification, this tablet is said to be manufactured by Actavis, and has a National Drug Code of 00228-2983-11. Does anyone here have personal experience or feedback from trying these over other manufacturer's brands/generics? I heard one complaint about someone having stomach or GI problems from this particular form, but have yet to come across a list of inactive ingredients to see what exactly might be... ...

percocet 10 a333 white oblong
I have taken Percocet many times before and just got this new generic yesterday feel strange and nauseated since took first one yesterday ! Can I contact activas the maker or walgreens to have switched or will I have to take this for whole month ? ## Hello, Gail! How are you? Unfortunately, neither the pharmacy nor the manufacturer is likely to do anything. The best thing to do would be to talk to your doctor about possibly trying a different medication and then report this issue to FDA by calling them at 888-463-6332. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Thanks but talked to manufacture of these and your right no ... ...

generic percocet 10 a333 white oblong PILL
Yes there is a big difference in the manufacturers of these pills. The white, round, WATSON 925s seem to work best as far as pain relief and "highness". The ovals are ok but not as good as watson...The peach or yellow pills are also less effective than the watsons. ## I just came across an article from this website,"Generics and Biosimilars" titled, "Actavis makes agreement for generic abuse-deterrent oxycodone", Posted 03/05/2013, that explains exactly why everyone is getting sick and feeling no pain relief. Please please please... complain to the FDA, to the company Actavis, which u can get on the internet and call Walgreens @800-walgreens...but tell walgreens not to send the info to ur local pharmacy.. cause they will...tell them u want ur complaint to go to t... ...

a333 white pill
I just started taking the A333 pill. It is supposed to be a generic substitute for oxycodone 10/325. I was taking the Watson 932 generic substitute but was switched to the A333 pill because of drug store supply. I have noticed the A333 does not work nearly as well as the Watson 932 for me. ## Hello, Will! How are you? I'm sorry about the problem that you're having. How long have you been taking this one? There can be slight fluctuations in the amount of the active ingredient from one generic to another, but they are usual minuscule and normally your body will adjust after a short period of time. ## I have been taking Percocet for a long time. Up until about 4 months ago I would get this strong burst of energy along with killing the pain. It would last about 4hrs. I would get the... ...

generic percocet 10 a333 white oblong
Anyone had stomach / intestinal effects from this particular form? I've been switched from Watson 932 10/325 because of drug store supply. ## Hi Michael, According to the Oxycodone Drug Details page, this medication can cause GI related side effects such as: diarrhea, constipation, abdominal pain, vomiting, urine retention, and loss of appetite. I don't know which of these symptoms you may be experiencing, but I believe they can be relatively common amongst other possible side effects. It could also be due to having a different set of inactive ingredients (otherwise known as binders/fillers). If you have a known allergy to things like corn starch (a gluten derivative) or propylene glycol (which is also used in motor oil for your car), then this might be worth looking into. I hav... ...

a333 pill is it oxycodone
Watson is now Actavis if the article I just read is true , so your A333 is generic Percocet and hopefully works as well as the white round Watson , not sure yet tho . ## That is correct. Watson acquired Actavis and has dropped the Watson name. The tablet with the A333 marking contains 10mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Percocet. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Learn more Percocet details here. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Where can I read more about this.....Watson acquired Actavis and has dropped the Watson name? That's the name brand CVS uses now! Except if I get mine there, they (CVS),said mine is onlong [sp] and has "A32" on... ...

white oblong pill a333 what is it
yeah it is supposed to be a percocet but feels more like a hydrocodone to me ## I agree. It feels like a hydrocodone to me too. It doesn't work nearly as well as the generic Watson 932 I have been taking for pain. ## The pill marked "A333" is in fact listed as generic Percocet (10/325), but I think many others would agree with you that its effects aren't quite up to par with what you would normally expect from this medication. Ever since Actavis bought out Watson, there seems to have been a downgrade in the sheer potency/efficacy of all their pain medications. The FDA also allows a pretty significant variability (20-25%) of the amount of active ingredients found in generic medications. So one scenario could be that Actavis is taking advantage of that and putting the lowe... ...

white oblong pill a333 on it is this oxycodone!
This pill has a 333 on it and is oblong and white has nothing on the other side of the first time ## Hi Eli, The oblong (capsule-shaped) white pill you're describing marked "A333" is in fact identified as Oxycodone (10mg) + Acetaminophen (325mg); which is used to treat moderate to severe pain. For verification, this particular tablet is manufactured by Actavis, and has a National Drug Code of 00228-2983-11. You can also learn more about this drug on the page for Acetaminophen + Oxycodone Details I hope this helps and wish you a merry christmas! ## White Pill with A333 Oblong that is generic for percocet I think needs to be looked into more closely. I don't feel it is right that they can just change medicine and people have no choice but to get it cause their insurance wi... ...

generic percocet 10-325 a333 white oblong
Hi, this is the first time I have been given the A333 oxycodone 10 -325. Normally I get the Watson 10 - 325 which has always been a decent generic brand. The Watsons 10 -325 are manufactured in the U.S.A. but I am not sure where the A333 are made or if they are equivalent to the Watsons. If you can answer my question it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Michael ## Hello, Michael! How are you? What country they are made in actually doesn't matter, if they are approved and available here in the U.S. they must meet the same quality and efficacy guidelines as the other generics and yes, these are equivalent. Is there anything else I can help with? ## hello my name is d, question are you a legal doctor and where do you get your medical resourses thanks for your time d. ## Hi again... ...

white oblong pill with r 332
Is R333 Percocet 7.5/325? My last prescription for Percocet 7.5/325 said R332 and was flatter than the R333. ## Hi E J, There actually aren't any pills marked "R333" that fit your description. I think you may have meant to say "A 333" which is a white oblong pill containing 10mgs of oxycodone + 325mgs of acetaminophen (generic for Percocet). "A 332" fits the same physical description as the previous pill, aside from being slightly flatter due to having a smaller dosage of oxycodone (7.5 mg) instead of the 10mg in A333. I hope this helps explain things! ...

generic percocet 10 a333 white oblong not regulated
pleased be advised, that this a333 form is not regulated my pain doctor tells me they are only about 85 to 87 percent narcotic per the food and drug administration can not regulate as if it was an name brand made in the us so if you find it strange why it worked thed first 4 hours and not the next well there is your answer. ## Hello, Meister! How are you? I think there are some basic misunderstandings going on here. It isn't that the FDA can't regulate them, because they aren't made in the U.S. that has nothing to do with it. All generics must meet the same quality control guidelines, regardless of where they are manufactured. However, the FDA permits generics to have an allowable fluctuation in the amount of the active ingredient, that difference is plus or minus 20% and it ... ...

white watson 932 oblong pill a333 it
Whats the difference between the two pills ## Hello, Osha! How are you? There is no difference, as of now they are even manufactured by the same company, since Watson acquired Actavis and has done away with the Watson name. But both contain 10mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Learn more Percocet details here. With some Watson tablets seeming to have disappeared from the market, I think they may be just intending to stick with some of the Actavis products. Is there anything else I can help with? ## The Actavis a333 does not work!!!! I have been taking watson 932 for 3 years and never had a single issue. The 2 ... ...

what is r 333 white oblong pill
This is supposed to be Percocet??? Very concerned. ## Apparently someone else who was looking for this same exact pill on another thread, said it was supposed to be a Percocet 10/325mg tablet. However, I understand that the imprint has an R and not an A. It's just the only relative match that I found is "A333" on a white oblong (capsule-shaped) tablet. Makes me wonder if the manufacture simply made a mistake on a good batch of their pills? You could try calling the U.S. Customer Relations for Actavis at +1 (800) 272-5525. Maybe they can confirm whether or not it's truly one of their own. I hope this helps! Does anyone else recognize this pill? ## The "R" looks like an "A" after the 333. It is a Percocet. ...

Is it actually A 333? If so, then yes, this is a generic for Percocet that is manufactured by Actavis, it contains 10mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. ## Its R333 I have the same pills... r333 pill is it oxycodone
They are most definitely a Percocet 10/325 ## No.. But there is a percocet that is A333 made by Actavis. ## @Phillies, The only pill I'm finding online that is marked "R333", happens to be a 40mg Pantoprazole sodium delayed release tablet, used to treat symptoms of GERD and esophagitis. You never mentioned the color or shape of the tablet either, which in this case is a round yellow pill. But if you say that it's Percocet, it sounds to me like the imprint was simply misinterpreted. Because as Darwinski stated, "A333" is a 10/325mg Percocet made by Actavis; and is a white capsule-shaped pill by description. So there you have it. This could be either one of the pills mentioned above, depending on what you would describe the pill to look like? I hope this helps! ...

a 333 white oval pill
I have a pill marked A 333 and blank on the other side, cannot find what it is on any website. Can someone help me figure out what pill this is??! ## Hello, Barb! How are you? I'm sorry, but I haven't been able to find a listing for this, either. I'm wonder if it is possibly an over the counter product, or maybe a foreign medication? Where was it found? Knowing the general location may help to narrow it down. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. ## If it's an oblong white pill it's Percocet 10/325. Or just a generic form of Percocet actually 10mg oxycodone with 325mg apap ## yes the pill with a333 on it is ooxycodone 10 mg hcl with 325 Tylenol yes your reply was very helpful to me I have found three different answers the same so i bel... ...

I had been taking the Watson's 10 325 round white pill also last month Cvs filled my script with this a333 pill and they not only don't help my back pain but makes need nauseous and dizzy! white oblong pill A333 not as effective as other generics
I have been taking oxycodone 10/325 for a serious pain problem for some time now. I am used to getting a round white tablet with Watson imprinted on one side and the numbers 925. Those worked fine for my pain. They were supplied by CVS as a generic for Percocet. I also received another generic that was a yellow oblong tablet and these also worked well. I refilled my prescription last month however and got these white oval tablets with an imprint of A333 on them and not only am I not getting adequate pain coverage but there are many times I felt very strange after taking my medication. The only way I can describe it is weird, tingly, the way I feel if I have been able to sleep and miss taking my afternoon dose. Like I didn't take the medication at all. I discussed this with a friend ... ...
