I have taken Percocet many times before and just got this new generic yesterday feel strange and nauseated since took first one yesterday ! Can I contact activas the maker or walgreens to have switched or will I have to take this for whole month ? ## Hello, Gail! How are you? Unfortunately, neither the pharmacy nor the manufacturer is likely to do anything. The best thing to do would be to talk to your doctor about possibly trying a different medication and then report this issue to FDA by calling them at 888-463-6332. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Thanks but talked to manufacture of these and your right no ... ...

1 Reply RSS
I too just got these A333. They do suck compared to the yellow endocet or the white 10/325. Made by Actacas, shamon them, these have half the strength! Uhh do aggravating!! ## Hello, Mike! How are you? I'm very sorry that these tablets didn't work well for you. Many other people have posted with similar complaints. The best suggestion I can make is to speak to your doctor and see if they can prescribe it as 'brand medically necessary', or whatever the equivalent is in your state. If your insurance will covert it, it would avoid this problem in the future. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Are there any other questions or concerns? ...

r333 pill is it oxycodone
2 Replies RSS
They are most definitely a Percocet 10/325 ## No.. But there is a percocet that is A333 made by Actavis. ## @Phillies, The only pill I'm finding online that is marked "R333", happens to be a 40mg Pantoprazole sodium delayed release tablet, used to treat symptoms of GERD and esophagitis. You never mentioned the color or shape of the tablet either, which in this case is a round yellow pill. But if you say that it's Percocet, it sounds to me like the imprint was simply misinterpreted. Because as Darwinski stated, "A333" is a 10/325mg Percocet made by Actavis; and is a white capsule-shaped pill by description. So there you have it. This could be either one of the pills mentioned above, depending on what you would describe the pill to look like? I hope this helps! ...

Anyone had stomach / intestinal effects from this particular form? I've been switched from Watson 932 10/325 because of drug store supply. ## Hi Michael, According to the Oxycodone Drug Details page, this medication can cause GI related side effects such as: diarrhea, constipation, abdominal pain, vomiting, urine retention, and loss of appetite. I don't know which of these symptoms you may be experiencing, but I believe they can be relatively common amongst other possible side effects. It could also be due to having a different set of inactive ingredients (otherwise known as binders/fillers). If you have a known allergy to things like corn starch (a gluten derivative) or propylene glycol (which is also used in motor oil for your car), then this might be worth looking into. I hav... ...

Hi, this is the first time I have been given the A333 oxycodone 10 -325. Normally I get the Watson 10 - 325 which has always been a decent generic brand. The Watsons 10 -325 are manufactured in the U.S.A. but I am not sure where the A333 are made or if they are equivalent to the Watsons. If you can answer my question it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Michael ## Hello, Michael! How are you? What country they are made in actually doesn't matter, if they are approved and available here in the U.S. they must meet the same quality and efficacy guidelines as the other generics and yes, these are equivalent. Is there anything else I can help with? ## hello my name is d, question are you a legal doctor and where do you get your medical resourses thanks for your time d. ## Hi again... ...

Are they still making the round white Watson 10-325? After being on them for yrs for pain for my back all of a sudden the pharmacy changes to another that's A333. Not working nearly as well. But was also told that Watson was bought out. Unfortunately I'm one of those people that can't cant generics, & have the perfect formula for my medication til they just threw a wrench in it. Now I'm lost & not sure where to go or what 2 do. Any advise? ## No, that generic is also not being manufactured. pleased be advised, that this a333 form is not regulated my pain doctor tells me they are only about 85 to 87 percent narcotic per the food and drug administration can not regulate as if it was an name brand made in the us so if you find it strange why it worked thed first 4 hours and not the next well there is your answer. ## Hello, Meister! How are you? I think there are some basic misunderstandings going on here. It isn't that the FDA can't regulate them, because they aren't made in the U.S. that has nothing to do with it. All generics must meet the same quality control guidelines, regardless of where they are manufactured. However, the FDA permits generics to have an allowable fluctuation in the amount of the active ingredient, that difference is plus or minus 20% and it ... ...
