lP 46 is a round white small pill. A generic for Zyrtec, made by McNiel consumer Healthcare. Can you comment on the generic product? ## It's actually manufactured by Watson Pharmaceuticals, now and they list it as containing 10mgs of Cetirizine. I've taken it and had good results with it, I found it comparable to the name brand. These pills with the 44 on them are manufactured by LNK, they make only OTC products that are sold by various stores as generics or the store brand of something. ## White, round, 44 525 is an over the counter cold remedy manufactured by LNK pharmaceuticals.
