Diazepam is commonly used for treating anxiety, insomnia, seizures, muscle spasms, restless legs syndrome, obsessive compulsive disorder, alcohol withdrawal, benzodiazepine withdrawal, and MÃ&#...

Plz help what is this??? ## Hi Rae, Based on the description provided, the closest match I'm finding is a round white pill marked with "G" over "421" on one side, and blank on the other. There is also a horizontal score line on the side with the markings. This particular pill is identified as a 2.5mg Midodrine HCl tablet; which is used to treat hypotension. If there is in fact a "C" on your pill as well, then I'm not sure what it might be... but if you could please double check the imprint that would be great. NOTE: the size of the pill is also supposed to be approximately 7.00 mm I hope this info helps!

Oval tablet. Just found in an old purse and wondering why I have it there? ## Does this oval tab have the marking APO on the opposite side of the pill? If so, it is likely Doxazosin mesylate 2 mg (NDC 60505-0094). NOTE: the full marking would be 094 on one side and APO on the other. Doxazosin Mesylate is an alpha blocker used to treat high blood pressure and benign prostatic hyperplasia. ## I also found a white oval caplet with 094 and no markings on the other side. What is it if there is no APO? ## Probably Kirkland brand Robaxacet - acetominophen and methocarbamol ## What is an oval white pill 094 on one side and nothing on the other side?

what is it and what is the strenth ## Hi jenn, Is there any chance you may have meant to say ip 271 as opposed to ip 231? I cannot locate a match for '231', but '271' fits your vague description of the pill. It is a white round tablet with "IP" sitting above "271" on the same side of the pill, separated by a score line. If this sounds like a possible match, then the pill you have is identified as Sulfamethoxazole + Trimethoprim 400 mg / 80 mg; which is a sulfonamide antibacterial combination that is used in the treatment of a variety of bacterial infections. I found a small white pill with a DZ / 16 on one side nothing on the other. Does anyone know what it is? ## My first guess is that this is either an over the counter or a foreign medication. I say that because I even checked with the US National Institute of Health (nih.gov) and nothing was coming up which matches the imprint DZ 16. May I ask what country you are in? "DZ" almost sounds like it could be a brand of Diazepam, but to my knowledge it does not come in a 16 mg dose. So it is most likely not the case. Do you have any other details such as packaging or where the pill was obtained? ## Soda pop - could you have possibly mean the imprint ZD 16? Please double check the pill and let me know because I can ID a pill exactly matching your description, only it is ZD instead of DZ...
