Founf a white oval pill on the floor of my car (just bought it used) it is not scored on either side & is imprinted with I8 on one side. It is slightly thicker & longer than the vicoden I am prescribed. I found a white capsule shaped pill in mt daughters room. It has either 81 or I8 onone side and the other side is blank. Just found them and I am pretty sure they are darvocet 650s ## No, this is not a Darvocet tablet, nor any type of narcotic. The marking is actually 8I (that's a capital i) and it contains 800mgs of Ibuprofen, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling. Learn more Ibuprofen details here. White round pill about the same size of a Soma with small brown specks. No imprints or score lines. Found in a little baggy. See picture: ## With no markings, it is impossible to postiviely identify these, unless you would have them lab tested. We can be sure, though, that they aren't a US prescription medication, as they all MUST have unique imprints to enable identification.
